It is your body that knows when something is wrong, even when you often ignore what your body is trying to tell you. Pay attention to your body, it knows what to tell you. When we get run down with stress, we often ignore our body’s signals. We tell them to be patient and carry on with what we are doing. However, when we ignore what our body is trying to tell us, we increase stress further. Take a step back and listen to what your body is trying to tell you.
A lot of people, especially business people tend to view breaks as a waste of time. However, breaks are a good way to relax, to prevent yourself from getting bogged down with stress. Set aside breaks, take time out for yourself, it is what is best for you.
Look After Yourself
None of us is a machine, so taking care of yourself is important. Ensure that you have good food, sleep well, exercise regularly. If you simply start to live well, you will notice a massive difference in your ability to deal with stress.

Sleep is important, however, many of us neglect it in favour of other activities such as television. Sleep is necessary for us to function well the next day. Make sure you are getting enough sleep, 7-8 hours should be more than enough.
